[mapguide-users] Mapguide Open Source 2.1 2811 Port issue

Hi,

We have windows 2003 server running Mapguide Open Source 2.1. I ran in to Port 2811 issue and Mapguide fails to restart when I try to the restart service .

The error message I am seeing in the error.log is

 Success: Server stopped.
<2010-08-30T16:17:33> 2128
 Error: Port 2811 is not available, please try using a different port.
<2010-08-30T16:17:34> 2128

I  found the process ID that is using this port using the Netstat command and it seems that I cannot find the Process in the task manager.

We ran in to this issue more than couple of times in last the two weeks and ended up rebooting the server every time to solve the issue.

Is there anyone in the user community who had experienced this before? Is there any other app that might be using this port?  What should I do to fix this issue without needing to reboot the server or at least point me to the right direction?

Hope I have included all the information needed, please let me know if you need more information.
