Yikes.

1 minute for sheboygan feels pretty darn high to me, although I haven't
loaded it myself for over a year.  Anyone else?  Personally, I'd say that
you're working against some kind of server resource issue.

Do you have the ability to go with MGOS 2.1 or 2.2beta?  Considerable
performance improvements have been made over 2.0.2, especially in the area
of map startup time.
