Under the assumption you are reading from a database, are connections being dropped on the database server and taking that long to reconnect?

Yeah the 1 min is for cold start.
After initially loading the page (taking 1min), if I reload it immediately
afterwards then the 2nd time the page loads in about 10secs!. The things is,
I increase the dataTimeOutDelay as specified before to 86400 (24hr). Even
then, if I try to load the page again in a couple of hrs time it still take
1 Min to initialise. I though I would have that cache available for a day?
