[mapguide-users] Manually Themed Point Layer

I want to show project progress at various locations by color coding a point
file layer.  The style is set as shown and the layer previews fine.

When the saved layer is inserted into a map, none of the points appear,
although the other layers are fine.  If the conditions are removed, the
point file displays fine (as a single color, of course).

Suggestions?

MGE 2011 64bit on server 2008, Studio 2011 on Win 7 64 bit.
