[mapguide-users] MapGuide RFC 78 - Enhance transaction capability to Feature Service

this http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/wiki/MapGuideRfc78 looks awsome. Can we use it with SDF files or this is meant to work with the databases (MS SQL, Oracle...) only?
