If you are using the file ApplicationDefinition.xml, what's in it? Or what's
in your ApplicationDefinition ressource (XML)? The problem could be within
the <MapSet>. In fact to avoid this problem, MapGuide should find in the XML
a <MapWidget> with a <MapId> having the name of the ID of the <MapGroup> in
<MapSet>.
