[mapguide-users] call javascript:window.open inside a tooltip

good day.

the title is self explanatory, i have been sucessful with other types of
javascript procedures, but this doesnt works, or at least doesn't works in
internet explorer 8.

i have a test page with the same code, but this time it work fine, so i
don't know if there is a way to launch a window (with its associated
properties, like widht, height and so on)
