 I think the point is that I need to think any way to support accents.

 I think to change any instance of a vocal with a '_' to say the sql
sentence to accept any character. So, 'ESPIRITU SANTO' = '_SP_R_T_ S_NT_'
and should show us 'ESPIRITU SANTO' AND 'ESP&iacute;RITU SANTO'.

This is my "I have no time to think" solution.
