Ok, I solved my problem.
Just was that my field "COD_REG" is not a string but a number. So I correct
the row of my script like this:

String val = featureReader.GetString("NOME_REG") + "<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;" +
featureReader.GetDouble("COD_REG");

And it works!
