i had use the same ECW and SHP in 2.1, the SHP files working fine, ECW did
not appear when preview independently in 2.1.  but in 2.2 both ECW and SHP
layers appear correct when view them independently.
i had change xml for each data resource using same coordinate systems and
also in the map but still have problems overlaying them..for ecw i did  not
know how to set bounding boxes, how can i determine the bounding boxes for
the ecw?
