[mapguide-users] Use tile cache in different maps

With some changes to the MapGuide MapDefinition XML document, it would be possible to use the tile cache in multiple maps and even across multiple servers.

Zac and I were discussing some tile cache related changes to MapDefinition a few months ago.  Zac even wrote up a placeholder RFC for it http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/wiki/MapGuideRfc115.  Tile cache sharing could be added to the list.
