[mapguide-users] Use tile cache in different maps

the latest trunk fusion is really finally production ready,
the ajax viewer is really tech and sooo extremely limited
because it doesn't use openlayers and the horrible fragile
templating approach

seriously, I recommend adopting fusion (but not the version bundled with 2.2)
