Hi Katerina,

Normally you should be saving that WMS Advanced Configuration, then the
additional feature classes that you see in that WMS Advanced Configuration
dialog should be visible in the layer editor.

But there are some defects in with the editor resulting in bad WMS
configuration documents being, which is something I'm still currently
investigating. The ticket in question is here:
