Simply put, everyone *should* be using the OSGeo.PostgreSQL provider. This is
the one being actively maintained and receiving bug fixes and enhancements.

The reason PostGIS < 1.5 is supported by this provider is because PostGIS
1.5 was released shortly after the release of FDO 3.5. You can't exactly add
support for something that doesn't yet exist at that point in time.
