The AIMS 2012 Mobile Extension is an OpenLayers-based viewer optimized for
mobile and touch devices.

You can build something similar with a mixture of OpenLayers 2.11 and a
mobile framework of your choice (Sencha Touch, jQuery Mobile, etc), though
this would have to be an effort made from scratch.
