Is nobody else experiencing this issue?  This is a real problem for us, every
day this happens and for no apparent reason.   The map just sits in the
loading state and never actually loads.  The .Net page load completes, but
the Map component does nothing.

I've tried everything from restarting the service, recycling the application
pools, restarting IIS to restarting the server with no success.  There just
doesnt' seem to be a reason for the map freezing, and I can't find a
solution that effectively restarts the application consistantly.
