Ah, there is no place to type the Username and Password in ODBC within
Maestro.

Use the Rawconnectionstring instead.

Driver={SQL
Server};Server=localhost\SQLEXPRESS;DataBase=TEST;Uid=sa;Pwd=mapguide;

for example
