As you all probably are aware, Internet Explorer 9 has been released. Just wanted to pass on the results of my very brief initial testing.
We found that our existing MGOS 2.1 and 2.2 sites have some major problems with IE9.
1) Anything requiring the user to click on the map is broken. For example: Zoom In, Zoom Out, and Pan do nothing when clicking on the map. Scroll wheel zooming works. Feature selection on the map does not work.
2) Toolbar dropdowns are broken and visual layout of dropdowns is incorrect.
Turning Compatibility Mode on seems to resolve the issues as a workaround. For now, we have embedded the <meta> tag to force IE8 compatibility in the page where our map layout is embedded.
