[mapguide-users] Coordinate system override for SQL Server 2008

Can MGOS transform coordinates from vectors stored in SQL S 2008? I am using
Maestro 3.5, MGOS 2.2.
Files stored in SQL in CS UTM11 and displayed on a map with CS UTM11 work
well. But when they are displayed on a map with 'popular visualization CRS'
they plot half a world away. The same data loaded into MGOS repository in
most any projection reprojects into any desired map projection.

Does data stored in SQL Server need to be in the same CS as it will be
displayed? Or have I missed something.
