The map name is simply a convenience shortcut used by the official API so
load/save runtime map states to a resource id of the following form:

Session:SESSIONID//MAPNAME.Map

With the examples, we're opening a runtime map state of the map that was
created when the Web Layout used by the sample was loaded. The Maestro API
is more explicit about where you're loading/saving runtime map state from,
so you need to specify the full resource id then opening instead of just the
map name.

I should probably add a convenience API so that you can just specify the map
name, just like you would in the official API.
