[mapguide-users] printing PNG and GIF

This is a simple example of how to use the GetMapImage functionality:
<img onclick="window.print()" src="http://servername/mapserver2012/mapagent/mapagent.fcgi?OPERATION=GETMAPIMAGE&VERSION=1.0.0&FORMAT=PNG&SETDISPLAYDPI=150&SESSION=SessionId&MAPNAME=MapName&SETVIEWCENTERX=170000&SETVIEWCENTERY=100000&SETVIEWSCALE=20000&SETDISPLAYWIDTH=800&SETDISPLAYHEIGHT=600" />

You can fill in the sessionId, mapname, center, scale and even width and height using the MG viewer API.

I'm running Infrastructure map server 2012 with IIS 7x and ASP.NET. The quick
plot does not work for the AJAX Viewer running in Firefox/Chrome and I am
unable to print any maps.

Has anyone created print functions using the RenderingService or some other
means and has an example they can provide?
