Does the SetSelectionXML actually select a feature?
Put top.top.ExecuteMapAction(10); into InvokeScript to test the code 
- if it doesn't work, then there might be an install issue.

Try an alert to make sure the XML is correct:

alert(whatevertheselectionXMLis);
