Yes, for sure.

I've used exactly this one:

ALTER VIEW ww_v_dsp_section ADD CONSTRAINT pk_ww_v_dsp_section PRIMARY KEY
(fid) RELY DISABLE NOVALIDATE;

In my case "fid" is candidate key for the view (it has unique values).
