Hey Java API Users!

Jackie has posted an RFC to do with improving the quality of the Mapguide
Java
API, plus some bonus Eclipse / Visual Studio intellisense documentation

Don't worry, the existing API would be retained for backwards
compatibility

We would like some end user feedback
