[mapguide-users] MGOS 2.4 RC1: Quick Plot Scaling Issue

Before you can generate the image, you need to set the map.DisplayWith and
DisplayHeight first. They seem to be 0/empty.
I had the same error when I tried to select features from a map, and setting
those solved the issue.
