[mapguide-users] MGOS 2.4 RC1: Quick Plot Scaling Issue

This PDF QuickPlot is freshly checked in code (checked in yesterday) that I
haven't even looked at yet.

But as Hans already mentioned, you should check the display parameters of
the map being plotted to PDF. 

None of the display parameters can be 0 or less: width, height, dpi, scale,
meters-per-unit
