[mapguide-users] Import Package made by Infrastructure Map Server 2012

I solved this by copying the missing .XSD files from your C:\Program
Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Infrastructure Map Server 2012\Schema folder to the
C:\Program Files\OSGeo\MapGuide\Server\Schema folder (or where your MapGuide
installation is). Then use Maestro 4.01 (or 5b) to export/import the
package.
