[mapguide-users] Fusion broken.

Hi,
So I finally got MapGuide 2.4.0 PHP on IIS7 installed and working. The
MapGuide admin page seems to work, but when I go to the fusion demo page,
FireBug gives me this error:

And the map just sits there loading indefinitely:

 After that there are a few 407, proxy authentication failures too.

Any thoughts as to what's going on?
