[mapguide-users] MaestroAPI 5 and LocalNative Connection

Hi Gunter,

I've checked into trunk, the first cut of a LocalNative connection provider
build tool that lets you build your own LocalNative provider against your
specific version of MapGuide/AIMS.

I've still got to add in support to build a unit test runner to verify the
provider assembly (we have an existing test suite. As it stands the tool
will correctly build and sign the provider assembly.
