[mapguide-users] Change map coordinate system without regenerating tiles

I already tried this, the tiles are then re-generated overwriting the
existing ones even though they are identical. It's like the mapguide server
has some internal table of tiles generated (perhaps in the repository) and
this is wiped when you change the map.
