[mapguide-users] Layer areas not transparent

Hi All

I am trying to put a MapInfo (TAB) vector layer on a map with some areas
that should display as transparent. But the layer is not transparent when I
preview, even though I set both fill colors to 80FF0000 (50% transparent
red). The layer xml version is 1.3.0.
I am using MGOS2.2 and Maestro 4.0.3.
Do I need to set something special on the map or layer before it will render
transparency?
