Looks like the code you have shown should show a tooltip upon hovering,
perhaps just some minor syntax error to take care of.

$_GET["gid"]   this will get your gid for your dynamic image so replace

The Concat statement for your tooltip needs some work, you require a Concat
function for each value your adding. so perhaps something more like the
following for the Tooltip code.

display.php
