[mapguide-users] Setting up GDAL on MapGuide 2.2 for geotiff support

I didn't explore bug further. It could have been anything ... I solved
problem by moving to MapGuide OS 2.4 RC. Maybe I'll test it again on virtual
machine. I suspect it was just wrong coordinate system.
