[mapguide-users] Min, Max Scale for Commercial Layers

Does anyone know of any way to control the min, max scale that commercial
layers are turned on/off with MGOS?  For instance if I am zoomed out at
scale 1:25,000 commercial layer is on, and if I am zoomed in at 1:2,500
commercial turns off (similar to MinScale/MaxScale of a layer)?
