[mapguide-users] FDO provider for GML

If GML can't be consumed by the OGR provider then: No, there isn't a FDO
provider for GML

But if the root problem is GML being the storage format for your Fusion
Redline widget, then it must be a pretty old Fusion install because we've
since thrown it out and replaced it with something that's more robust and
plays to MapGuide's strengths.
