That can't be done. The mapagent (which HttpConnection wraps) does not expose
the ability to apply a schema or create a datastore, which would be pretty
dangerous functions to expose over http anyway.

So it has to be LocalNative, if that is not working properly with Maestro 5,
let's focus on fixing that instead.
