[mapguide-users] MGOS 2.4 Problem

Hi,

I upgraded from 2.2 to 2.4.
In my application I need to modify the session map.
Because LayerGroupExpands also be changed, I modify the DOM (there is no API
function SetExpandInLegend). This works with 2.2 but not with 2.4.
In the ajax viewer 2.4, the changes are shown in the legend, but the
overlays are not shown (viewer function RequestMapImage returns an error).
Existing base layers are shown.
After this, it is also not possible to make changes in the session map by
API functions.
If I open the modified map resource with Maestro, all seems ok.


Basically, it would be better (in my opinion), if the Ajax viewer would only
create a new session map if no session map exists.

My environment:
Windows Server 2008
MGOS 2.4
JavaViewer
