I bet this option in the MapGuide administrator handles the tile path:

To my knowledge changing the serverconfig.ini is the only way to change the outputted image format.

For the third one are you saying you want to create a .shp file out of the generated tile images? Otherwise, I’m not too clear on what you’re asking.

I’m a beginner with mgcooker but when I use it I would like :

1.      Choose the destination path

2.      Choose the format Tile : PNG, PNG8, JPG… without changing in serverconfig.ini

3.      Generate a Shape by scale of the Grid Tile that we could display on Mapguide, Autocad map  or Qgis to debug tile rendering or make a list of tiles by spatial query to copy/delete on another server
