Before we can even start to look at 64-bit MapGuide, we need a working and
verified 64-bit version of FDO.

I got FDO to build for 64-bit here
(http://trac.osgeo.org/fdo/browser/sandbox/linux64), but that build crashed
and burned on the FDO unit tests due to obvious 64bit-isms that haven't been
accounted for on Linux.

MapGuide seems to build fine on 64-bit Linux
(http://themapguyde.blogspot.com.au/2013/01/finally-part-2.html). It's the
unstable/unverified FDO that's the deal breaker.

Can you code? Can you see what's wrong with the linux64 branch? If so, are
you able to provide possible patches?
