You have to make sure that MGOS and AIMS are using different port numbers in
serverconfig.ini and webconfig.ini

If you're using IIS configuration for both you also have to make sure that
MGOS doesn't accidentally use AIMS' PHP or vice versa.

Everything else should be fairly well separated.
