When you install MapGuide, you had two pre-defined choices:
 * Bundled install
 * IIS install

Assuming you picked default values, then:
 * Bundled install installs the Apache Web Server that listens on port 8008
 * IIS install integrates with your existing IIS Web Server that usually
listens on port 80

Thus when connecting with Maestro your server url is either:
 * Bundled install:
http://yourservername:8008/mapguide/mapagent/mapagent.fcgi
 * IIS install: http://yourservername/mapguide/mapagent/mapagent.fcgi

Username and password the credentials for the MapGuide author/administrator
account. The default Administrator account login is:
 * Username: Administrator
 * Password: admin

This should be all the information you need to be able to connect with
Maestro.

For a production installation, you are strongly advised to change the
Administrator password.

Hope that helps.
