[mapguide-users] serving wms from mapguide

WMS in Mapguide requires credentials sent to Mapguide via POST. You can't
just add USERNAME and PASSWORD in the URL.

For example in Gaia, you add a WMS by setting the URL and providing the
credentials
http://server:8008/mapguide2009/mapagent/mapagent.fcgi

After this, whe you sellect this wms Gaia will display all the available
layers published via WMS

then you set the parameters of the WMS:
REQUEST=GETMAP&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.1.1&FORMAT=image/png&LAYERS=campuses_SDSFIE/LACC_SDSFIE/Layers/LACCBLDG/structure_future_site&BBOX=6471570,1852890,6474670,1855190&SRS=EPSG:2229&WIDTH=796&HEIGHT=717&TRANSPARENT=TRUE

and the image format (image/pgn)
