[mapguide-users] Patch for ticket 852 (Possibility to change the selection transparency with the selection color)

Question to users.

This patch will respect the alpha component for selection colors, but for
the sake of "compatibility" will retain the existing override behavior if
the alpha component is FF, meaning for an un-modified AJAX/Fusion viewer
the selection will look the same as before.

Should we be trying to retain this behavior?

I've attached a patch for ticket 852.

This changes the render selection mode of the AGG and GD renderers so that
the alpha component is respected as long as it is not a fully opaque value
(ie. FF). This means the default selection color of 0x0000FFFF (blue) in
the AJAX viewer will have its transparency overridden as before, but
specifying a non-FF alpha component will cause the renderers to respect
that value.
