[mapguide-users] TCPDF ERROR: Can't open image file

I had another strange error with TCPDF.  I could print with LOCALHOST but not
my domain www.mapguide.ca

I kept getting the TCPDF ERROR: Can't open image file errors.

I had to go into the 
*C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\HOSTS* file
and add the following:

127.0.0.1 www.mapguide.ca

Obviously you would have to put your own domain or machine name here but
this solved my issue.
