[mapguide-users] Possibility to use SLD stylization

What does SLD offer that is better than MapGuide's current
rendering/stylization options?

The only case I can see for adding SLD support is if you want to
render/stylize features from MapGuide in a client-side application that can
understand SLD and you want an SLD-approximation of your existing Layer
Definitions.
