[mapguide-users] rest installation error

I had the same problem installing Composer on Windows Server 2008 64-Bit with
Apache 2.4.10 and PHP 5.5.18.
I solved it by installing TortoiseSVN, which can be downloaded here:
http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads.html

Also, i got this error message during the installation of tcpdf:
[RuntimeException]
Failed to clone git://tcpdf.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/tcpdf/tcpdf, git was
not found, check that it is installed and in your PATH env.
This error can be solved by installing Git for Windows, which can be
downloaded here:
http://git-scm.com/download/win
