[mapguide-users] Maestro API obtaining %MG_USERNAME% and %MG_PASSWORD%

%MG_USERNAME% you should be able to get the value of by reading the
MG_USER_CREDENTIALS resource data item.

%MG_PASSWORD% however is write-only. You cannot read this value.
