[mapguide-users] question about FDO provider in Maestro

This is a problem on the Maestro side. Mono has an incorrect System.IO.Stream
implementation for what we are trying to achieve (copying one stream to
another). 

Running Maestro under Mono has been a hit and miss in general, but I am
looking to improve this in some regard before 6.0 ever goes final.

If you want an immediate solution, I would suggest you try building Maestro
from trunk.
