[mapguide-users] Building Mapguide-2.6.0 CentOS

I am having some trouble building v2.6.0 on CentOS.  I was able to build
2.5.1 on the same virtual machine several months ago but this build is
riddled with errors, bad fdo versions and much more.  I was hoping someone
had some experience with this and could help out.
