[mapguide-users] Missing session timeout message in AjaxViewer

Hi all, 

wasn't there once a user-friendly message in AjaxViewer when the MapGuide
session expired or the connection to the server was lost. 
I thought this was introduced with  RFC 66
<http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/wiki/MapGuideRfc66>  . Has this been removed
in post 2.2 releases? I've tested with 2.4, 2.6 and 3.0!

Anyone who can remember the message box?
